Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the iOS app "DebuffTimer" (the "App") handles your information.

The App is designed to work entirely on your device. All data is stored locally and is never transmitted to any external server. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no mechanism by which the developer can access your data.

The App does none of the following:

• Collect or transmit personal information or usage data
• Perform analytics or behavioral tracking
• Display advertising (no advertising or tracking SDKs are included)
• Share, disclose, or sell any data to third parties

• HealthKit integration is optional. Every feature of the App works without it via manual entry.
• If you grant permission, the App reads your sleep data from Apple Health solely to import your sleep records on-device. The current version of the App does not write any data to Apple Health.
• Data obtained through HealthKit never leaves your device. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and it is never disclosed or sold to third parties.
• You can change or revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.

• The bedtime shield feature, which limits access to selected apps during hours you choose, is optional.
• The apps you select for shielding are stored only as anonymous tokens issued by iOS, kept in the App's private on-device storage (App Group). This information is used solely to display and enforce the shield.
• By design, these tokens are opaque: the developer cannot learn which apps you selected, and the App itself cannot resolve them to app names. They are never transmitted off your device.

• All notifications sent by the App are local notifications, generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No push notification server is used.
• Notification permission is optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

• The App's Pro features are offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple.
• All payments are processed by Apple. The developer never receives or stores your credit card number or any other payment details.
• Purchase status checks and restores are performed on-device through StoreKit.
• Apple's processing of payments is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

• App data such as sleep records, schedules, and settings is stored only on your device.
• Deleting the App from your device permanently erases all of this data. Because the developer holds no copy, deleted data cannot be recovered.
• Sleep data stored in the Apple Health app is managed by Apple Health and is not deleted when you remove the App.

The App does not collect data from any user, regardless of age. Accordingly, it does not collect data from children.

If the way the App handles data ever changes (for example, if a feature involving off-device transmission is added), this policy will be updated and the change will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, within the App. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
