01Is exporting a Vlog free?
Your first export is free. From the second one, a one-time "Vlog Export" purchase unlocks unlimited exports — see the App Store purchase screen for the current price. No subscriptions, no extra charges, no ads.
02Where are my videos stored?
Entirely on your iPhone. There is no developer server, and your footage is never uploaded. Exported Vlogs are added to Photos only when you tap "Save to Camera Roll".
03How do I use it with companions?
From the trip's Album tab, tap "Invite companions" to share a link, or show the QR code to join on the spot in seconds. You can edit the itinerary and packing list together; both iPhones need to be signed in to iCloud.
04Can I use it with Android friends?
Sharing currently works between iPhones (Apple IDs) only.
05Why do late-night plans appear under the previous day?
A trip day rolls over at 4:00 AM, not at midnight. That way a night market or a night view that runs past midnight stays part of the same day, and of the same Vlog. Rows that sit under the previous day show the real date too, like “Next 1:30 AM (9/9)”, so you will not misread a booking date.
06A plan shows a different time than I expected / I want to change the trip time zone
Times are shown in the local time of the place. Once you pick a location, its time zone is set automatically, so dinner in Paris stays “7:00 PM” even while you are at home. The trip’s own time zone is decided by the first location you add, and you can also set it by hand in the trip editor. Times you already entered do not move when the trip time zone changes — if one looks off, open that plan and set the time again.
07My train was late. Can I shift the rest of the day at once?
Yes. Open a plan and change its time — a "Shift later plans too" list appears below, showing before → after for each plan on that day. Tick the ones you want moved, then save. Nothing moves until you save. Plans that have already happened are listed separately and start unticked. A plan that crosses into the next day is marked "Moves to the next day", and one pushed outside the trip is marked "Outside the trip dates". Wishlist spots have no fixed time, so they are never moved.
08I'm worried about music licensing
The built-in BGM comes from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License (commercial use allowed, no attribution required). You can include it in exported videos as-is. For music you import yourself, please check the rights on your own.
09I want to delete everything
Deleting a trip also removes its data from iCloud. Deleting the app erases everything on your device; anything left in iCloud can be managed from iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud. See the Privacy Policy for details.
